Volkswagen has revealed the new 2013 Golf GTI Specs ahead of a Geneva showing. Gets 217bhp or an extra 10bhp with the Performance Package. As we already know, the new Golf GTI comes with a 2.0 litre TFSI engine good for 217bhp or, if you opt for the Performance Package, you can have an extra 10bhp – enough to cut the standard GTI’s 0-62mph (6.5s) by 0.1 seconds and add an ectra 3mph to the top speed (rises to 155mph).
Mercedes is expanding the C-class range further with this new C-class Coupe. Due to be shown at the 2011 Geneva motor show, the new two-door C apes the larger CLS in style, yet is tipped to cost from £30,000 when sales start in June 2011. The C-class Coupe essentially slots in where the CLK left off.
Undergraduate students from Coventry University's Transportation Design program had their initial show in the end of May this year, but the range of projects was so vast that a selection of work from the annual degree show was then chosen and displayed in Coventry Transport Museum on June 15.
